Are our prices are the same online as they are in the retail store?

Absolutely. We price our products very competitively. If we should carry the same product in the brick and mortar boutique, the price will match our ecommerce site.

Where is the clothing made ?

Most of the designers we represent have their production in the USA. The lines that produce internationally do so in a responsible manner, such as through fair trade regulation.

How does your sizes run ?

Difficult question to answer as each designer cut sizes differently. For example, Bryn Walker and Flax have a tendency to run very full and customers can often buy a size down. Do you offer free shipping?

We have a flat rate of $9.99 for domestic shipments. We also offer free shipping on orders over $250.00.

Is it safe to place my order online?

No need to worry about credit card security. Our secure server software is the industry standard and secure for ecommerce transactions. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order as we process and ship very quickly. Once an order ships it cannot be changed.

Do you charge sales tax?

New York address: We are required to charge 8% on taxable items shipping to NY addresses. This includes all jewelry, all gifts and clothing items $110.00 or more. Clothing includes, scarves, hats, etc.

Non New York address: If you do not reside in New York State, we are not required to collect sales tax.

What are your hours and days of operation?

We are open daily except for a short period in mid-winter ( January and February ) when we are closed Tuesday. Our hours are generally 10am till 5.30pm depending on the time of year, we may be here even later. Feel free to call (518) 392-4666 to check.
