How to Return or Exchange An Item Purchased Online

Customer Service Return and Exchange PoliciesAll returns MUST HAVE a return authorization number (RMA) on the shipping package and be received within 14 days of receipt. Please email moc.l1508778750iamg@1508778750mahta1508778750hcsae1508778750l1508778750 to get your RMA, or log into your account and use our automated return process. Any packages without an RMA will be refused. The RMA should be clearly written on the outside of the box. All items have to be returned in the same brand new condition as they were sent out. This means unwashed, unworn, no odors or pet hair, and with the original tags still attached. We inspect every item that goes out and returned, as well. We take great care in shipping our clothing. Please make sure to send it back in the same condition. Lea’s reserves the right to refuse returns based on their returned condition.

Items To Be Returned for a Refund

Because we are a small business and do not have the business structure and financial stability of a major chain, we have to charge a 10% restocking fee to help cover processing costs on REFUNDS. Our pricing is competitive and we do not build shipping cost or processing fees into our pricing. This 10% fee only pertains to REFUNDS, exchange or store credit will be of full retail value.

We cannot accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund if merchandise is not received by us in specified time period (14 days after it is received by you.) Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable means to return an item. Refused packages will be treated as unauthorized returns and will be charged 20% restocking fee, plus double shipping , as the carrier charges us both ways.

USPS Return Label Information

In the event you decide to return any merchandise, please contact moc.l1508778750iamg@1508778750mahta1508778750hcsae1508778750l1508778750 to have a USPS return label emailed to you. Our customer service desk is staffed Monday through Friday 10:00am through 5:00pm. If you use this easy return label, the cost of the return shipping will be subtracted from your store credit, exchange or refund. You are welcome to return merchandise using whatever method you choose, though shipping through an insured traceable carrier is recommended, as Lea’s is not responsible for loss or damage. Lea’s are not responsible for lost returns packages, so shipping and tracking are highly encouraged.

Please note sales merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and is not returnable.

We do not accept returns on gift certificates, jewelry, lingerie or undergarments. We are sorry, but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. Insuring your package and using a vendor that allows you to track your package is recommended. Sale items are final.
